Drawing Breath workshop

A mindful art and breathwork session to reset the nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

This gentle, grounding workshop offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and regulate the nervous system through a unique blend of breathwork and neurographic art.
It’s an invitation to step away from overstimulation and return to your own rhythm, no pressure, no performance, just presence.

We begin with calming breath techniques designed to settle the body and bring awareness inward. Then, through a meditative drawing practice called neurographic art, we translate thoughts and emotions into flowing lines and organic shapes on paper.
It’s a quiet, intuitive process that helps release tension, improve focus, and create clarity through creative expression.
No artistic skill is needed, only a willingness to show up, exhale, and explore what your hands and breath can reveal when the mind is at ease. Ideal for teams, retreat groups, or individuals in need of a nervous system reset.

This is a hands-on, heart-open session that explores the stories we carry and how we might reshape them. Using found, natural, and repurposed materials, we create art that speaks to transformation.
